Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration for and attendance at GutPreneur Live Atlanta 2026 (the "Event"), produced by GutPreneur™ Academy ("we," "us," "our"). By registering for or purchasing a ticket to the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

The Event

GutPreneur Live Atlanta 2026 is a one-day professional education and business training event for licensed and credentialed practitioners, held on July 25, 2026 at 251 Avalon Court, McDonough, GA 30253. The Event is educational in nature and is intended to enhance professional knowledge within your legal scope of practice.

Eligibility

The Event is intended for licensed or credentialed health and wellness professionals and qualified support staff. By registering, you represent that you meet these criteria or are attending in a professional capacity.

Tickets, Pricing & the Partner Offer

• General Admission is offered at $149 during the Early Bird window.
• The "bring a colleague free" partner offer entitles one paid General Admission purchaser to register one additional attendee at no charge, subject to availability and the stated deadline of July 5, 2026.
• Pricing and offers are subject to change or expiration. The price and offer in effect at the time of your purchase apply to your registration.

Refund Policy

• Registrations are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you change your mind within 30 days of purchase, email us for a full refund.
• Tickets are fully transferable to a colleague or to a future GutPreneur event.
• Refund requests outside the 30-day window are handled at our discretion.

Continuing Education (CEU)

Certain sessions are CEU-eligible. CEU eligibility is provided for informational and professional development purposes. It is your responsibility to confirm that the credit meets your specific licensing board's requirements. Bring your license details to receive your documentation.

Educational Purpose & No Professional Advice

All content presented at the Event is educational and informational only. It does not constitute medical, clinical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and does not establish any provider-patient or advisory relationship. The Event content is not a substitute for individualized professional judgment or individualized medical care.

Statements regarding products, protocols, or health topics have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Practitioner Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all clinical and business decisions you make based on Event content, including but not limited to selection of protocols, dosing, appropriateness for individual clients, review of medical history, evaluation of drug–nutrient interactions, monitoring for adverse reactions, and compliance with all applicable professional, state, and federal regulations. You agree to use all materials ethically and within your professional boundaries and legal scope of practice.

No Income or Outcome Guarantees

Any references to revenue, growth, or practice outcomes are illustrative and not guarantees. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and implementation, and will vary. We make no representation that you will achieve any particular result.

Intellectual Property

All Event materials, frameworks (including the 3P Framework and SHIFT360™), presentations, and content are the intellectual property of GutPreneur Academy and are provided for your individual professional use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, record, or resell Event materials without written permission.

Media Release

Photography and video may be captured at the Event. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in recordings and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GutPreneur Academy and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Clinical or business decisions made by attendees
• Client or patient outcomes related to information learned at the Event
• Adverse reactions, contraindications, or interactions
• Improper use or off-label application of any information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GutPreneur Academy, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of Event content, your clinical or business decisions, your client or patient interactions, or your breach of these Terms. Practitioners are encouraged to maintain appropriate professional liability insurance.

Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, venue, or format, and to cancel or reschedule the Event. In the event of cancellation by us, registered attendees will be offered a transfer or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

By registering for the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
