Purchase Terms & Refund Policy

1. Scope Of This Policy

This policy applies to every purchase made from GutPreneur Academy, including live event tickets, digital programs and courses, practitioner certifications, assessments and testing services, workbooks and digital downloads, and any other products or services we offer now or in the future.

Where a specific product's sales page, checkout page, or order confirmation states dates, prices, deadlines, or terms for that product, those product-specific terms apply to that purchase and take precedence over the general defaults below.

2. Live Events & Conference Tickets

The following defaults apply to tickets for in-person and virtual live events unless the event's own sales page states otherwise:

• Refunds: Ticket refunds are available only within the refund window published on that event's sales or checkout page. Once the published refund deadline has passed, tickets are non-refundable.
• Transfers: After the refund window closes, tickets may be transferred to another person at no cost until the transfer deadline published for that event. To transfer a ticket, email us with the original purchaser's details and the new attendee's full name and email before the deadline.
• After the transfer deadline: Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-shows: Failure to attend an event does not entitle the purchaser to a refund, credit, or transfer.
• Event changes: If we reschedule an event, your ticket automatically applies to the new date, or you may request a transfer or credit. If we cancel an event outright, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
• Included items: Bonuses tied to attendance, such as books, materials, or assessments distributed at check-in, are available only to attendees present at the event unless stated otherwise.

3. Digital Programs, Courses & Certifications

This section covers digital education products, including practitioner programs, certification pathways, coaching programs, and any offer that grants immediate access to course materials or Academy resources.

• Non-refundable: Because enrollment includes immediate access to course materials and Academy resources, all enrollments in digital programs are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
• Contact hours and certification: Where a program offers contact hours or a certification pathway, these are awarded only upon successful completion of all required coursework, quizzes, and any final case study or assessment specified in the program.
• Lifetime access: Where a program includes lifetime access, you retain access to the course materials for the life of the program following completion of your payment obligations.
• Included sub-programs and bonuses: Programs, assessments, sessions, or resources included as part of a larger enrollment have no separate cash value and are not individually refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for credit.

4. Assessments & Testing Services

• Assessment and testing purchases are non-refundable once the assessment has been dispatched, activated, or accessed.
• Complimentary or bonus assessments included with a program or event enrollment have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be redeemed within the period stated in the offer.

5. Digital Downloads, Workbooks & eBooks

• Because digital downloads are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital downloads, workbooks, and eBooks are final and non-refundable.

6. Pricing, Promotions & Discount Codes

• Prices for each product are those displayed on that product's sales or checkout page at the time of purchase.
• Promotional pricing, discount codes, and event-exclusive offers are valid only through the deadline published with that offer, and cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
• One discount code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
• Transaction or processing fees displayed at checkout are part of the total purchase price and are refundable only when the underlying purchase is refunded.

7. Payment Plans & Split Payments

• Where a payment plan or split-pay option is selected, you authorize us to charge the remaining installments to your payment method on the schedule shown at checkout.
• Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to materials, programs, or certifications until the balance is settled.
• Payment plan installments may include the processing fee disclosed at checkout.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an error with a charge, contact us first at the email below and we will work to resolve it promptly. Initiating a chargeback for a valid purchase made under these terms may result in suspension of access to programs, materials, and the GutPreneur community while the dispute is resolved.

9. Educational Disclaimer

All GutPreneur Academy products, programs, and events are educational in nature. Content does not constitute individual medical, legal, or financial advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating provider. Results vary by individual practice, market, and implementation, and no specific income or business outcome is guaranteed except where a written guarantee is expressly published with a specific offer, in which case the terms of that written guarantee apply.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Product-specific terms published with an offer at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase.
